Entry fees: $40 Non comp minis -
$110 Minis/Juniors/Senior (includes transponder hire)
$80 Clubman (no lapscoring or trophies).
Must be prepaid with entry: Be Aware: Late entries will cost you an extra $20 penalty per rider.
Family Discount: 1st rider full price, every Junior rider thereafter $80. A rider may enter a second class for a $80 entry fee, excludes Clubmans. A Junior may ride Junior or Senior but not both

Competitors that have their entry in by closing date go into the draw to win their entry free back
There will be a minimum of 8 prepaid entries for a class to exist, and a maximum of 40 riders per class. Classes will be closed after the first 40 riders to enter.
MX Timing Ltd – TRANSPONDERS
Lap-scoring will be by Electronic Transponder System supplied by MX Timing Ltd on both main track & mini track www.mxt.co.nz
$10 may be deducted from entry fee if you are supplying your own transponders. This number must be provided with entry.
SIGN ON & RIDERS BRIEFING
Saturday 7.15am – 8.00am
Riders briefing: 8.15am sharp in your gear
MNZ LICENCE
Riders must hold a current MNZ Licence and must present that licence at sign in OR purchase a one event licence (minimum age 8yrs and over) for $25 & club membership
RACE FORMAT
The organisers reserve the right to change or alter classes if necessary. Some classes may have a split start.
Depending on entries received, and weather permitting – five races per class followed by King of the Nuggets Feature Race

Will be clutch start behind backward falling gates.
BIKE & BACK NUMBERS
Correct racing numbers are to be worn on the back of body armour or jersey & on bike as per rule 10-2-2.
RIDERS REPRESENTATIVES
To be appointed at riders briefing.
REFUNDS
Refunds of entry fees will be as per rule 5-6-2
TRACK/PIT RULES
PIT BIKES - Under NO circumstance will pit bikes be permitted at this event.
NO DOGS – NO EXCEPTIONS!
ALCOHOL
The use of alcohol is not permitted as per rule 6-21-
INSPECTION
Random technical inspection as per rule 10-1
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
For reasons of Force Majeure, should a meeting or part of a meeting be cancelled, any entry fee refunds will only be made at the sole discretion of the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to alter the meeting format / race duration as may be deemed necessary.

CAMPING
Camping is available at the track for a fee of $10 per site per night to be paid with entry. There will be a shower available for campers.
