For reasons of Force Majeure, should a meeting or part of a meeting be cancelled any entry fee refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to alter the meeting format as deemed necessary.

BACK & BIKE NUMBERS:
Correct racing numbers as issued by MNZ as on your MNZ Licence are to be worn on the back of body armour or jersey and on bikes as per rule 10.2b. Correct number board colours to be used as per rule 10.3b.
All competitors must have the correct safety gear and protective clothing as per rules 8.1 and 8.1a including Body Armour - Commercially available Motorcycle Body Protection (Armour) that must include back protection. Safety Helmets - as per rule 8.1i and Helmet details must be
shown in the appropriate section in the rider’s logbook. Boots - as per rule 8.2
The organisers reserve the right to change or alter classes if necessary. Some classes may have a split start. Depending on entries received, and weather permitting – five races per class.
All riders are to be at briefing not just parents or pit crew as per rule 6.4., riders Briefing will be at 8.00am and Practice starting at 8.15am
The use of alcohol is not permitted as per rule 6.20 until after racing is finished
12 rider gate start, 10sec, 5 sec board will displayed and then riders go starters control
As per rule 6.18 Failure to observe flag instructions and signals renders riders liable to fine, exclusion, relegation, suspension or disqualification.
To be held at the clubrooms at the conclusion of racing day.
NO DOGS - Dogs are not permitted at this venue and will be asked to leave
