Saturday 22nd March @ Tect Park, Whataroa Road, (Off Pyes Pa) Tauranga – Sign on 7.30am TILL 8.30am
Riders Briefing: 8.30 (Riders please attend in riding gear ready to go)
Sunday 23rd March @ Rotorua MX Track, State HNighway 30, Horohoro – Sign on 7.30am TILL 8.30am
Briefing: 8.30 (Riders please attend in riding gear ready to go)
Practice and Qualifying: 8.45am
Practice immediately after Riders Briefing
Prize Giving: At Rotorua MX Track – 30 minutes after racing
CLASSES & RACE DURATION
Mini Classes – 3 races of not more than approx. 8 mins.
Junior Classes – 2 rounds with longer motos at Tect Park, 3 rounds of normal length motos at Rotorua
QUALIFYING & GATE CHOICE:
Juniors - Limited to first 40 entries, practice/qualifying result will be your gate pick for your races.
Mini’s – qualifying if necessary, practice/qualifying result will be your gate pick for your three races.
RIDERS REPRESENTATIVES: To be appointed at riders briefing.
REFUNDS & ACCEPTANCES: Refunds must be applied for in writing no less than 24 hours prior to the event to the Race Secretary via Email: nicole@mxt.co.nz Failure to comply by our refund policy will result in NO REFUND. Check all entry confirmations on – www.mxt.co.nz
TEAROFFS, PITBIKES, ALCOHOL & DOGS
STRICTLY NO TEAR-OFFS to be used at the Track. PIT BIKES - Under NO circumstance will pit bikes be permitted at this event. No Alcohol is permitted to be consumed while motorcycle racing is in progress. NO DOGS – NO EXCEPTIONS!
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE: For reasons of Force Majeure, should a meeting or part of a meeting be cancelled, any entry fee refunds will only be made at the sole discretion of the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to alter the meeting format / race duration as may be deemed necessary.
FREE CAMPING: Camp free @ Rotorua Saturday night
