ENTRIES - Entry fees – ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY - Payment must accompany entry otherwise entry won't go through
$100 Non comp minis (no transponder – includes OEL)
$150 Minis (all other mini classes, transponder hire included)
$150 Junior/Seniors classes (transponder hire included)
Entries not completed in full and/or without entry fee will not be accepted.
$50.00 Late entry fee will be enforced; entry and payment must be received by 5pm Friday 8th February. Late entries only accepted at the discretion of the organisers. Entries not confirmed until payment received, once classes are full any additional entries will go on a waiting list and affected competitors will be notified via email. ENTRIES CLOSE: Friday 8th February 5pm. Some classes may be closed earlier if full. There will be a minimum of 8 prepaid entries for a class to run, and a maximum of 40 (30 Minis) riders per class. (Exception: Jnr 125cc & Jnr 250cc classes split start with a combined maximum of 40 competitors) Some classes will be split start with another class. Note: Day Entries are subject to class space availability & $50 late fee.
RACE FORMAT: The COC & Race Secretary reserve the right to change or alter classes if necessary. Some classes may have a split start. Any Mini’s wanting to ride 65cc on the main track can enter the appropriate 85cc class, an additional 65cc class will not be run on the main track.
Main Track: Saturday 3 rounds & Sunday 2 rounds plus King of Nuggets Feature Race and Junior Feature Race.
Mini Track: Saturday 5 rounds & Sunday 4 rounds

MINI & SENIOR SUPPORT CLASS ENTRIES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DOUBLE CLASS
CAMPING AT TRACK: Camping is available at the track for a fee of $20 per site per night to be paid with entry, must include Vehicle Reg on entry form.
TROPHIES/PRIZEGIVING: Prizegiving will be held immediately following the completion of the Feature Races.
Trophies to 3rd place for all classes except Mini Non Comp. Participation awards for all minis.
King of the Nuggets Feature Race: 1st $200, 2nd $125, 3rd $100, 4th $75, 5th $50
BIO HAZZARD: Rider must turn up to this event with their Bikes, Riding Gear, Trailer and Vehicle etc in a clean condition.
FOOD: Hot & Cold food and Coffee available on site.
